8 Months!

Little Brooklynne Julianna is 8 months old yesterday, and what a fast 8 months this has been!  She is such a joy to raise, even when she's a little miss fuss pots (we enjoy naps even more on those days), and Matt and I are very blessed.

She can now wave, but only if you do it first, she was waving a lot today!

She is getting her first little tooth that I can feel and see, luckily it hasn't made her fussy yet, but I'm not yet going to say she's a pain free teether.  

She is pulling herself up on everything, and can stand for quite a while.  When I went into her room after her nap a few days ago, she was standing up holding onto the side of the crib just rocking back and forth and smiling, I guess we should probably lower the mattress soon.

She eats peas, green beans, butternut squash, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes, spinach, oatmeal, brown rice, yogurt, peaches, bananas, apple sauce, rice krispies, cheerios, and her new favorite are puffs (baby cereal things).   She has 4 solid meals a day.

She loves being in the nursery at church and childcare at the gym, I think she just loves being around all sorts of other kids.

She seems so love pink, if I put something in front of her that's pink she always grabs it, but not with other colors.
She still sleeps ten and a half to eleven hours a night and naps two to three times a day.
She still nurses three to four times a day.
She's growing so quick, and I am absolutely amazed by this little one more and more every day!  What a blessing it is to be able to raise her!
