5 Months Old!

Brooklynne turned 5 months old on Saturday, but due to the 2 wedding cakes I had this weekend, and my brother in law proposing to his girlfriend, I wasn't able to  do a post. As a 5 month old, Brooklynne knows how to roll over from her back to her tummy, and then from her tummy to her back, which means she is a mover!  I still swaddle her every night, despite that, she is able to start on one side of the crib and completely move to the other side and change the direction she was placed in.  She loves to bring her toes up to her mouth and chew on them while she's laying on her back, and she adores her toys!  I bought a play mat at the thrift store last month, and she loves to play with all the toys hanging from the top, and the ones I put around her.  She still loves her paci, and I'm not to the point where I mind it at all yet.

She is still a napper, taking 3 to 4 a day, the first around 10 for about an hour, the second around 12:30, and that's her long one, ranging from 2-4 hours (it was 5 hours today), and the last around 7 pm which is usually only 30-45 minutes long.  She loves Barley, and her favorite time of the day is when Daddy's home from work (also my favorite time).

This is my favorite face, and she hadn't done it since she was 2 months old...it's so cute!
